Danny Cahill
OAESP is pleased to announce sought-after trainer and industry expert Danny Cahill will present at the association’s Spring Workshop, which will take place Monday, May 14, at Embassy Suites-Columbus Airport. Block the day in your Outlook calendar now, because this is one event you and your firm won’t want to miss!
“It’s been four years since Danny last presented in Ohio, and we felt the time was right to bring Danny’s energy back to Columbus,” said workshop organizer Catherine Reynolds, Columbus chapter chair. “This is a unique opportunity to hear the latest trends and perspectives from the adviser to top producers in the industry and one of the best trainers in the industry who still runs a search firm every day.”
In the morning session, Danny will present on “Doing More of What Works, Letting Go of the Rest.” In this session, Danny will identify what he does now and, most importantly, the old rules he and his team let go.
After lunch, the afternoon session will be broken into two parts.
Danny will outline a three-step process for hiring new recruiters in a session for Owners and Managers titled, “How come we can find candidates for clients, but not ourselves?” At the same time, Joanne Couceiro, partner with AccordingToDanny.com, will lead a round-table of current industry topics for non-owner/managers.
Finally, the day-long event concludes with a group presentation by Danny titled “Deals, Fall Offs, Heartbreak and Heroism from the ‘Ask Danny’ Files.” This is the Danny his own recruiters get to see, in his element, questioning the old ways, reaffirming what works, and tinkering with what doesn’t; slaughtering Sacred Cows in the name of higher production, and daring to let go of what is not working.
