Managing the Noise

At the OAESP “best practices” round table last fall, Chris and Jason pitched a brief overview their “PinPoint℠ Process” for customizing their database in order to quickly identify qualified candidates. Their best practice was voted #1 by the group who attended the round tables. In the March meeting, Chris and Jason will expand upon their method for database management, including classifying and categorizing their candidates. While it may require some additional effort up-front, they find it invaluable for targeted recruiting and ongoing email communications. In addition, Chris and Jason will share other best practices for managing candidate and client relationships.

Please note new registration process:
Beginning in February, we are moving to a new online reservation and payment process for the Columbus chapter meetings. This will enable us to run our meetings more efficiently with more time for networking and socializing. The new process will be:
· When you register, you will also pay for your meal via secure Paypal transaction on the OAESP web site. A receipt will be emailed to you for your records.
· If you need to cancel your registration, you will need to do so before Noon on the Monday before the event. If you cancel before Noon, you will receive a meal credit for a future OAESP meeting.
· Registrations canceled after Noon on Monday before the event (as well as No-Shows) will not receive a credit. However, you may opt to send someone else from your office in your place.

This lunch meeting will be held at The Holiday Inn - Worthington on Wednesday March 28th. Admission is free*.
*A representative from a membership-eligible personnel placement firm may attend up to two (2) meetings as a guest before either becoming a member or being required to pay $20.00 (in addition to the cost of the meal) per meeting.
