With five generations now in the workplace, each having different values and ideals, an awareness and understanding of generational differences is crucial to successful recruiting.

All this over generational differences? Absolutely.
If we understand each other better and understand that each generation communicates differently, we’ll see the results in our recruitment efforts.

At this session you will:

• Get an overview of the five generations in the workplace:  who they are and influences that shaped their perspectives.
• Discuss the difference needs to recruit across the generations.
• Learn the different preferred communication styles of each generation.

This lunch meeting will be held at our  Dave & Busters (Springdale) on Tuesday July 31st.  Admission is free*.

*A representative from a membership-eligible personnel placement firm may attend up to two (2) meetings as a guest before either becoming a member or being required to pay $20.00 (in addition to the cost of the meal) per meeting.
