Membership                                                                                                                

General membership in ORA is open to any business entity whose primary business is to provide staffing services to third party companies and organizations on a fee basis. Associate Business Membership is open to any company who provides a service or product to the staffing industry. 

To maintain membership, members must conduct their business in a professional and ethical manner, and shall pay the annual dues as determined by the Board of Directors.

All members enjoy the opportunity to attend monthly meetings that offer educational and networking opportunities.  The educational Spring and Fall Workshops offer training by nationally known industry experts.
